About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will direct the general maintenance of a multi‑unit residential property of higher complexity, overseeing mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and housekeeping tasks. The role involves both hands‑on work and coordination of staff and vendors. • Supervise, train, evaluate, and discipline maintenance staff, including hiring recommendations. • Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment such as heating, air‑conditioning, and HVAC systems. • Perform advanced carpentry duties, including door and door‑jamb installation, molding, drywall repair, and painting. • Conduct electrical work, inspecting and testing lighting, wiring, power circuits, and replacing faulty switches, lamps, and ballasts. • Execute plumbing tasks, unclogging sinks and toilets, repairing faucets, replacing washers, and repairing or replacing pipes and fountains. • Coordinate with contractors and vendors, develop specifications, solicit and negotiate bids, and manage service contracts.

What You Bring
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 3–4 years of commercial or multi‑unit property maintenance experience; 5–7 years of experience can offset the education requirement. Preferred certifications include HVAC, electrical, appliance and a valid driver’s license.
