About the Role

The role involves establishing information exchange mechanisms for scheduling between clients and suppliers, delivering key performance indicators for planning committees, and acting as the main liaison for project schedules across various sizes. It requires coordination with stakeholders worldwide, from project engineers to directors, and overseeing comprehensive planning, monitoring, and reporting from award to closure. The incumbent will manage portal‑based plan distribution and provide regular updates to project leadership while maintaining detailed schedules and documentation. • Set up time information exchange flows with customers and suppliers. • Provide planning KPIs for steering committees and project reviews. • Coordinate with multi‑country project stakeholders, from engineers to directors. • Lead end‑to‑end project planning, monitoring, progress reporting, and MIS dashboards. • Serve as primary contact for project scheduling across small to large projects. • Share and maintain project plans via portals and ensure regular reporting to PM/TL. • Develop detailed schedules, monitor timelines, and adjust to meet deadlines. • Identify shortcomings, advise on cost‑reduction actions, and maintain documentation. • Work closely with Project Directors/Managers on major project programmes.

What You Bring

Candidates should possess an engineering degree in electrical, electronics, or related fields with three to six years of experience in the electrical services sector. A solid grasp of business processes, commercial and tendering activities, and familiarity with Schneider’s LV/MV product portfolio is essential. Proven ability to deliver technically demanding electrical projects, expertise in planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, and strong leadership, negotiation, and communication capabilities are also required. • Hold an Electrical/Electronics engineering degree with 3‑6 years in electrical services. • Understand business functions, commercial/tendering processes, and Schneider LV/MV products. • Demonstrated experience delivering complex electrical execution projects. • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar planning tools. • Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and people‑management skills. • Possess a practical, solutions‑oriented mindset and desire for career impact.
