About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining front‑end and back‑end components, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, and applying best‑practice coding standards. You will lead Agile development cycles, participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, and conduct code reviews and debugging. Efficient data handling using relational and non‑relational databases, as well as writing unit and integration tests, are also key duties. • Develop and maintain front‑end and back‑end of desktop/web applications using Java and .NET. • Lead Agile sprints, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews. • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and adhere to coding standards. • Design efficient data storage solutions with relational and non‑relational databases. • Write unit and integration tests and troubleshoot issues to maintain software quality. • Collaborate with testers, DevOps, product managers, and cross‑functional teams. • Apply tools such as JIRA, SonarCloud, and Black Duck for project tracking and code quality. • Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity in daily work.

What You Bring

The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and is a full‑time position with Hitachi Energy Technology Services Private Limited. We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer who also has team‑lead experience, proficient in Java and .NET. The successful candidate will work on both desktop and web applications, delivering high‑performance and seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate has strong Java and .NET programming skills, experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms, and knowledge of Java migration and application‑server migration. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, RabbitMQ, SonarCloud and Black Duck is required. Proficiency in spoken and written English and a collaborative attitude are essential. • Utilize Azure, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and REST/RabbitMQ APIs. • Demonstrate strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
