About the Role
• Repair and maintain crushers, conveyors, and screens. • Fabricate and weld broken parts for plant repairs. • Perform servicing and general maintenance across all plant areas. • Inspect quarry equipment for wear, damage, or potential failure. • Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA/environmental regulations.

What You Bring
The role emphasizes safety excellence, self‑motivation, and teamwork while performing maintenance across the plant, including welding, fabrication, and servicing of crushers, conveyors, screens, and related equipment. • Diagnose mechanical issues, including hydraulic, electrical, and engine problems. • Strong focus on safety excellence. • Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and perform plant repairs. • Experience in fixed‑plant maintenance or related industry. • Hands‑on experience with crushers, conveyors, and screens. • Proven fabrication, cutting, and welding skills. • Self‑motivated and able to work independently without close supervision. • Ability to demonstrate equipment troubleshooting knowledge. • Understanding of basic safety and work instructions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Good organizational, scheduling, and time‑management abilities. • Team‑player mentality. • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions. • Ability to pass pre‑employment drug testing.
