About the Role
The Hot Mill Administrator handles day‑to‑day administrative activities, including payroll administration, document control, project‑management software oversight, reporting, and providing backup for the Hot Mill scheduling process. The incumbent must generate reports, create charts and graphs, and prepare presentations using Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint, while maintaining close communication across all departments and ensuring confidentiality.
