• Lead Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics to deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Drive significant growth in Power Generation and HVAC rentals across BC’s industrial, construction, emergency response, utilities, and remote-site markets. • Steer operational and financial strategy, including P&L accountability, forecasting, and performance reporting. • Build a high-performing, safety-focused team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • Influence key customers and expand market share through strong external partnerships and consultative selling.

What You Bring

Physical & Workplace Requirements may involve bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50+ pounds, and working both indoors and outdoors. Reasonable accommodations are available as required by law. • Business Management degree with 1+ year rental industry experience, or 3–4 years rental industry experience. • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and influence outcomes. • Strong understanding of P&L management, financial controls, and experience in outside sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management. • Knowledge of construction, industrial services, or related equipment markets; experience with power generation or HVAC systems is a strong asset. • High personal accountability, strong time management, and willingness to learn all facets of the business.
