About the Role

In this position the manager monitors and coordinates the execution of services and processes tied to client‑contracted agreements for project management and tenant‑improvement consulting. The role may supervise project managers, space planners, and CAD operators, and delivers detailed progress reports to the Account/Director or Portfolio Manager and the building/facility management team. • Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines. • Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for all project phases. • Assist in selecting and contracting consultants and construction teams, integrating related project components. • Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices; advise account and facility management. • Participate directly in marketing and presenting services to clients. • Supervise and manage performance, development, and reporting of Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators. • Provide required documentation and reports to clients and facility management. • Cooperate with facility personnel to achieve corporate quality, service, cost, and profit goals. • Report major issues, findings, and recommendations to Account/Portfolio Manager and senior facility manager. • Obtain approvals and documentation before exceeding approved budgets or making organizational changes. • Establish goals and timetables for supervised units and sub‑units. • Select, hire, and delegate authority to subordinates. • Train, motivate, discipline, and appraise staff to meet established goals. • Implement and adhere to government laws and regulations.

What You Bring

The Senior Project Manager provides project‑management expertise for designated client accounts, property portfolios, or large facilities/complexes, working closely with clients, property or facility management teams, and internal project staff. This hybrid role requires candidates to reside in Southern Los Angeles or Orange County, as regular on‑site client visits are essential. • Communication Proficiency (oral and written). • Technical Proficiency. • Minimum of 7 years of engineering/construction project accountability experience. • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in project management. • B.S. degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field required.

Compensation ranges from $119,969.56 to $141,140.66, with competitive pay based on location, experience, and other factors.
