About the Role

What You Bring
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Sr. Project Manager with at least 8 years of water and wastewater infrastructure experience to join our Denver, Colorado office, where you will build and lead a team of seller‑doers, contribute to local business development, lead technical proposal development, and serve as the senior manager on infrastructure projects across multiple practices. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or similar) • Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Colorado • 8+ years experience in planning, design, and construction management of water and wastewater infrastructure for major utility clients • Strong technical and leadership skills, preferably including water or wastewater treatment plants • 5+ years experience managing multi‑discipline project teams • 5+ years experience managing proposals for engineering projects • Experience in an entrepreneurial environment managing and growing client relationships
