What You Bring

This role is based in Raleigh, NC, and candidates must be able to commute to the office under the company’s hybrid working policy. • Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering or related field • Pass EIT exam or be eligible to take it within 12 months • Creative, methodical problem‑solving skills • Strong communication and presentation abilities • Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on growth • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork
