About the Role
• Lead and develop a regional team of Project Managers delivering project management services on major projects and programs. • Define and implement the regional service proposition, toolkits, and quality standards. • Collaborate with regional and sector leadership to set client targets and contribute to pursuit plans. • Manage bid tracking, develop bid collateral, and support cross‑regional resource deployment. • Partner with technology teams to integrate digital tools and establish mandatory training aligned with the service proposition. • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and embed corporate initiatives such as net‑zero and diversity. • Deploy global best practices, audit service delivery, and guarantee quality and consistency at the country level. • Drive market share growth, align the service proposition with client needs, and support US business, cost center, and sector plans. • Monitor performance through KPIs: revenue per service stream, new client acquisition versus targets, and client care scores.
