About the Role
The Senior Civil Engineer will lead project delivery, create design documentation, oversee field activities, and support team development. Relocation assistance is available for out‑of‑area candidates, and the role supports collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. • Manage multiple civil engineering projects that meet U.S. military design standards. • Develop site plans, grading, and drainage designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design challenges. • Mentor junior staff and foster collaboration across disciplines. • Align departmental strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. • Travel to job sites as required.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BS in Civil Engineering and a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license, with at least twenty years of civil design or industrial construction experience and six years focused on drainage, grading, and utility design. DoD project management experience is preferred; applicants must provide proof of identity, work authorization, and pass background and drug screenings.
