About the Role
We are hiring an HVAC Service Technician to perform service work and site maintenance for national accounts. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems at customer locations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating installations and preventive maintenance. • Service HVAC equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Diagnose and repair units using hand tools and blueprints. • Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications. • Prepare for installations by reviewing layouts and gathering materials. • Inspect and maintain vehicles, keeping service records. • Inspect equipment for wear and report findings. • Complete job paperwork, track time, parts, and costs. • Provide technical support and interpret product specifications. • Travel regularly, including occasional overnight trips.
