What You Bring
The current opening is for a General Maintenance Technician who will travel to full‑time commercial construction projects across the United States. The role involves performing a variety of maintenance and renovation tasks for commercial builds and requires flexibility for overtime, on‑call duties, and overnight travel as needed. • Proficient in carpentry: framing, cabinetry, doors, windows • Skilled in interior and exterior painting • Able to install VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base flooring • Basic plumbing: sink, faucet, toilet, drainage installations (licensed plumbers encouraged) • Basic electrical work: light fixtures, switches, outlets, data connections, minor diagnostics (licensed electricians encouraged) • Knowledge of HVAC refrigeration and preventive‑maintenance service calls • Use basic computer applications and follow OSHA safety requirements • Availability for overtime, on‑call, and overnight travel across the United States
