About the Role
• Coordinate and schedule waste transportation and disposal subcontractors. • Determine solid waste classification per RCRA regulations. • Create waste profiles with various TSDFs. • Manage waste requests according to client contracts. • Provide waste compliance support to internal GHD staff and external clients. • Input project data into a customized database to produce client reports. • Coordinate with GHD staff on waste management and disposal activities. • Review and prepare accurate waste shipping documentation, including analytical requirements, profiles, and manifests. • Proactively communicate with clients throughout all phases of waste projects. • Oversee basic project accounting: develop proposals, cost estimates, and purchase orders for waste transportation and disposal.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related science field (e.g., chemistry, biology, environmental science). • Possess 1–4 years of relevant experience. • Knowledge of US EPA RCRA, TSCA, and DOT regulations is highly desirable. • Familiarity with the US oil and gas industry is desirable.
