What You Bring
The internship is designed to provide hands‑on, practical experience that complements academic study, giving interns a broad, well‑rounded exposure to construction management tasks. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline and have completed at least one year of study; recent graduates who plan to continue with a master’s degree are also eligible. Preferred qualifications include experience with a large general contractor, prior AECOM internship experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other construction‑based software. The role does not offer US work‑authorization sponsorship or relocation assistance, and all hired interns must pass a pre‑employment substance‑abuse test. • Must be enrolled in a bachelor's program (construction management, civil engineering, or similar) with at least one year completed. • Recent graduates intending to pursue a master’s degree are also eligible. • Preferred: prior work with a large general contractor. • Preferred: previous AECOM internship experience. • Preferred: proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction‑related software. • Must pass a pre‑employment substance‑abuse test.
