About the Role

We are currently seeking an On‑Call Houseperson to join our fantastic team at Flamingo. The role involves responding to guest requests, maintaining cleanliness in public areas and guest rooms, handling linens and supplies, and supporting inventory management while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. In every role, from administration to recreation, you will help make people’s day and contribute to unforgettable memories for our Members and guests. • Attend to guest requests and deliver items. • Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. • Replace used linens, towels, and supplies; transport clean and dirty laundry. • Maintain work carts and stations for efficiency and appearance. • Clean corridors, landings, stairwells, vacuum, carpet clean, and perform heavy cleaning of assigned units and public areas. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and OSHA regulations. • Assist management with accurate inventory of linens and supplies.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have previous hotel housekeeping or houseperson experience and can communicate basic English to greet guests and handle special requests. Availability must be open and flexible, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to work a full 8‑hour shift standing or walking, with reasonable accommodations if needed. • Prior hotel housekeeping or houseperson experience required. • Basic English communication skills for guest interaction. • Ability to work an 8‑hour shift standing/walking, with reasonable accommodations if needed. • Customer service experience and hospitality background are a plus.
