About the Role

In this position you will oversee daily front‑office operations, guide and train front‑desk team members, and ensure that all policies, procedures, and quality standards are consistently applied. You will also manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and act as a primary point of contact for guest issues and opportunities. • Supervise daily front office operations and ensure adherence to quality standards. • Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out, and resolve inquiries or issues. • Greet and welcome owners and guests upon arrival. • Register guests in the system, verify reservations, addresses, and credit information. • Promote Hilton Grand Vacations services and recognize member benefits. • Train, direct, and provide ongoing support to new and existing front‑desk team members. • Maintain the house bank, perform daily deposits, and accurately report receipts. • Oversee accurate registration, check‑out procedures, and proper posting of miscellaneous charges. • Assign tasks related to credit handling, address verification, registration cards, and desk organization. • Keep a daily log of guest opportunities and corrective actions. • Follow up on unresolved situations and credit opportunities, communicating as needed to other managers. • Perform other duties assigned by management and maintain regular attendance.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, relevant experience, and strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills. The role also requires excellent interpersonal abilities, sound judgment in resolving guest and business situations, and the capacity to mentor and influence others. • High school diploma or GED (associate’s degree preferred). • Prior related experience; 3+ years and supervisory experience advantageous. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and business reports. • Basic mathematical skills and strong problem‑solving judgment. • Excellent interpersonal and service skills with conflict‑resolution ability. • Capability to influence, mentor, and think quickly in guest and business situations. • Voice Certified (preferred).
