About the Role

NORESCO is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Northern territory, reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales. The role focuses on developing regional sales plans, driving the Regional Sales Team, and cultivating new customer relationships. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least eight years of direct sales or marketing experience in energy or solutions‑based services to municipal, university, school, healthcare, or state markets, plus three years in sales leadership. Preferred qualifications include a science, business, or engineering degree, ten years of sales management experience, C‑suite selling expertise, and strong communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree (science, business, engineering or related field). • 8+ years of direct sales/marketing experience in energy, solutions‑based, or financial services for MUSH and/or state markets. • 3+ years of sales leadership or people‑management experience. • 10+ years of sales management experience (preferred) with C‑suite selling exposure. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
