About the Role

The role involves using hand and power tools to assemble components according to work instructions, drawings and schematics, while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Assemblers are expected to contribute to process improvements, help increase line efficiency, and perform tasks assigned by the Line Lead or supervisor. • Perform medium‑complexity assembly tasks using work instructions, drawings, schematics, hand and power tools. • Cross‑train and provide assistance in multiple assembly areas as needed. • Train new employees on work instructions and standard work procedures. • Continuously develop product knowledge and adapt to process changes. • Propose and implement equipment, design, or process improvements to boost safety, quality, and productivity. • Contribute to reducing lead times and increasing throughput. • Identify and report defective, damaged, or incorrectly sized parts. • Follow all safety, environmental, and procedural policies. • Resolve assembly problems with supervisor guidance as required. • Offer suggestions for continuous improvement within the department. • Promote compliance with the Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct. • Execute special projects assigned by supervisors. • Access information using SAP or similar ERP system. • Solve practical problems and manage variable conditions. • Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks efficiently. • Deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
