About the Role

The Information Manager role focuses on implementing, administering, and supporting information management systems that drive a major infrastructure program central to U.S. border security initiatives. This position is part of a large program and construction management team dedicated to delivering successful outcomes for a key government customer. Parsons will provide Owner Agent Construction Management Services—including program management, construction management, risk management, scheduling, cost estimating, progress reporting, quality assurance, safety, and other supporting services—to ensure program success and compliance with government regulations and standards. • Implement and administer PMIS platforms such as Kahua, Procore, and Oracle Primavera P6. • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for PMIS and related IT systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define workflows, document processes, and optimize system configurations. • Support deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including office buildouts and cloud environments. • Develop and implement dashboards and reporting tools for actionable program insights. • Train and mentor program staff on PMIS platforms and other technologies. • Coordinate with the Principal Information Manager to ensure alignment with program goals and regulatory compliance. • Monitor system performance, identify improvements, and implement enhancements. • Document implementation activities, updates, and support procedures. • Obtain appropriate DHS suitability determination.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years as a technical consultant. • Demonstrate proven experience with PMIS platforms and IT infrastructure support. • Exhibit strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. • Familiarity with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI for business analytics and dashboarding. • Knowledge of construction industry business processes and large‑scale government programs. • Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
