About the Role
• Drive revenue growth and new contracts in Salt Lake City and statewide through market expansion and industry contacts. • Lead marketing initiatives and represent ECS at regional industry events. • Manage full P&L for the branch, overseeing all service lines, managers, and staff. • Oversee geotechnical, CMT, and related projects to build the regional brand. • Produce geotechnical reports, analyses, and final reviews during growth phases. • Manage, train, and mentor employees at all levels. • Provide financial oversight, resource allocation, and strategic planning. • Act as a self‑starter with a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” mentality, leading by example and fostering team cohesion.

What You Bring
ECS Limited is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage our Salt Lake City office. In this role you will oversee engineering projects, staff, business development, and day‑to‑day operations for the branch. • Hold a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Utah or obtain one within six months of hire. • BS or MS in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution. • At least 10 years of technical and managerial experience in a similar role. • Strong marketing and business development skills with regional client contacts. • Proven track record of P&L responsibility. • Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making abilities.
