About the Role
As a Front Desk Clerk, you will ensure every guest and owner interaction is positive and memorable, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, maintaining reservation records, resolving availability issues, generating invoices, collecting payments, and managing safety‑deposit boxes. You will also coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests, restock the desk, prepare arrival packets, provide local attraction information, and produce reports for management. • Perform check‑in and check‑out to ensure positive guest experiences • Enter and maintain reservation data in the computerized system • Resolve unit availability and assist guests with reservations or changes • Generate invoices, collect payments, and manage safety‑deposit boxes • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests and coordinate with appropriate departments • Restock front‑desk supplies and prepare arrival packets • Provide information on local attractions and resort amenities • Prepare correspondence and reports for management

What You Bring
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication skills, flexibility to adjust schedules and cover shifts on short notice, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
