About the Role
• Assist operators and foremen in setting fine‑grade specifications on construction projects. • Use a sledgehammer to drive pins and a pick/shovel for digging and trailer hookup. • Fasten equipment attachments and prepare materials, including mixing mortar, bolts, and nails. • Measure distances from grade stakes, drive stakes, stretch tight lines, and block under forms. • Perform site clean‑up, routine maintenance, and operate equipment as needed. • Work safely at all times, adhering to established safety protocols.

What You Bring
The company is seeking experienced General Laborers for its Huntsville, AL/North Alabama operations, reporting to the Area Construction Manager and Superintendent. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation across existing and growing operations. • Self‑motivated and capable of performing duties without constant supervision. • Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record. • Available to work weekends, overtime, and night shifts when required.

Benefits
Wages start at $22.00 per hour, with rates based on experience, and the position is full‑time and permanent. Work is primarily day shift with a $3 night‑shift premium for any night work, and weekend work may be required. Overtime is available and the role includes extensive medical and retirement benefits.
