About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor position is based at Bridges at Mallard Creek, a community managed by Highmark Residential. The role focuses on organizing, directing, and managing the overall maintenance and preservation of the property. The supervisor ensures the property remains well‑maintained and works closely with the property management team to align maintenance activities with overall community goals. • Direct and oversee the maintenance staff to ensure all community areas are properly maintained. • Monitor team performance and support skill development. • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and place supply orders as needed. • Perform hands‑on market‑ready, occupied, and preventative maintenance tasks accurately and promptly. • Obtain bids, manage contractor interactions, and assess competitive pricing for supplies. • Collaborate with the Property Manager on maintenance budgeting and overall expenditures.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in apartment maintenance supervision, strong leadership abilities, the required certifications, and a valid driver’s license. • Possess a minimum of five years of apartment management and supervisory experience. • Demonstrate strong leadership, team‑building, training, and motivational skills. • Hold a Type II A/C Certification or equivalent universal certification. • Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
