About the Role

The Document Controller will support the programme team with document storage, sharing and protocol, acting as the first point of contact for documentation queries. The role includes populating and analysing registers, generating weekly status reports, ensuring proper issuance and storage, and interfacing with external consultants and contractors. Additional duties involve maintaining the filing system, contributing improvement ideas, supporting quality and health‑and‑safety audits, and providing general administrative assistance. • Support programme team with document storage, sharing and protocol • Act as first point of contact for all documentation queries • Populate and maintain document, request for information, action, and issue registers • Analyse and summarise status of registers and logs • Generate and issue weekly status and overdue reports on project documents and actions • Ensure document issuance and storage comply with project control procedures • Interface with external consultants and contractors to enforce document control compliance • Enforce and maintain a clear project filing system, proposing improvements • Support quality assurance, quality control and health‑and‑safety audits • Provide general administrative assistance such as photocopying, filing, data entry • Monitor runway development updates globally and produce monthly summaries • Manage external stakeholder database and generate required reports • Prepare inputs for monthly executive reports and coordinate collation • Track office supply inventory • Schedule appointments and meetings for the runway project team

What You Bring

We require a minimum of ten years’ experience in a similar role on large‑scale, multidisciplinary projects and full proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management. Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work autonomously while prioritising tasks are essential. Well‑developed interpersonal skills, flexibility and the capacity to multi‑task within a collaborative team are also needed. • Minimum 10 years’ experience in document control on large multidisciplinary projects • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management • Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present information clearly • Proven ability to work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team • Flexible and able to multitask effectively
