About the Role
Interns will engage in activities such as supporting customer service initiatives, contributing to process‑improvement designs, and assisting with performance measurement and automation related to the homeowner experience. They also participate in onboarding experiences, including a visit to a Lennar community, hands‑on training, and team‑building events that immerse them in the company culture. • Provide proactive customer care and resolve issues per Lennar policies. • Design and implement process‑improvement feedback mechanisms. • Identify challenges and develop performance measurement solutions. • Analyze performance data to track productivity and goal achievement. • Define and automate Homeowner Experience processes and communications.

What You Bring
The position is primarily office‑based, requiring extended periods of sitting, computer work, and occasional physical tasks such as lifting items under 50 pounds. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, possess a valid driver’s license with good record and insurance, and meet academic criteria in fields like construction, engineering, architecture, or business. • Pursue a bachelor's (or master's) in construction, civil engineering, architecture, business, or related field; be a rising junior graduating within 2 years. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S., hold a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and have a good driving record. • Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, time‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
