About the Role

• Learn and grow as part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers. • Represent Reliance professionally and courteously on every call as an ambassador. • Explain, educate, and promote Reliance’s products, services, and programs. • Install water heaters, tankless equipment, and accessories per specifications, codes, and standards. • Replace or repair leaking water heaters and maintain HVAC equipment. • Ensure personal and customer safety. • Provide superior customer service following “The Right Call” process. • Build positive customer relations through effective communication and problem solving. • Educate customers, present options, and make recommendations. • Participate in training and mentoring of new installers. • Provide necessary tools, fully stocked trucks, and ongoing skills training. • Ensure consistent work with a predictable, stable schedule. • Provide perks for high performers, including eligibility for the President’s Club trip.

What You Bring

• Meet company general qualifications; minimum Grade 12 or equivalent. • Hold a Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license and a Class G driver’s license. • Possess diagnostic and HVAC maintenance skills for residential equipment. • Physically capable of required work, including lifting water heaters with equipment. • Ability to learn new technologies (electronics/electricity). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, customer service, and organizational skills. • Punctual, dependable, and able to maintain company vehicle standards. • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Willingness to work rotating shifts, standby duties, and weekends.
