About the Role

In this role you will advise and coordinate daily work assignments for Maintenance Technicians, ensuring safe and efficient operation of guestrooms, common areas and facility equipment. You will also support the Chief Engineer on special projects and monitor team performance, guest response, and compliance with emergency and life‑safety systems. • Supervise, direct and train a team of motivated Maintenance Technicians • Assist Chief Engineer with special projects • Visually inspect, operate and maintain guestroom and common‑area equipment systems • Ensure safe and efficient operation of facilities including boilers, chillers and air compressors • Monitor, maintain and test emergency and life‑safety systems • Record and maintain logs and preventive‑maintenance records • Monitor team efficiency, quality and guest response

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent experience • Minimum three years of building or property maintenance • EPA, OSHA and CPO certifications preferred • Valid driver’s license • Proficiency with technology for reporting and work requests
