About the Role
The Community Concierge plays a vital on‑site role in the leasing office, handling prospect tours, marketing initiatives, resident retention, and overnight on‑call duties, while also supporting clerical tasks as needed. • Provide flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and overtime • Assist with move‑outs, turn‑overs, and move‑ins beyond regular hours • Conduct all prospect tours and timely follow‑up with assigned prospects • Plan, implement, and execute marketing duties and resident events • Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community • Create and curate social‑media content and marketing materials using Canva • Perform evening/overnight on‑call and round duties • Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community • Support outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed • Complete special projects assigned by the Community Manager • Ensure compliance with Core Spaces policies and procedures • Uphold product presentation to meet brand and company standards • Maintain balance while walking, standing, or crouching on narrow or slippery surfaces • Perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb, including bending, stooping, and lifting • Drive to client locations and sit for extended periods

What You Bring
• Work minimum 15 hours weekly, with full shifts of at least 3 hours on‑site • High School Diploma or equivalent • Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute effectively in teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Active listening and constructive feedback abilities • Effective time management and prioritization • Collaborative mindset, sharing information and supporting decisions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Bend, stoop, and reach repeatedly during shifts • See clearly with or without correction, including close and distance vision • Demonstrate manual dexterity for handling items
