Senior Site Civil Design Lead
Lead civil design projects, managing site development and team oversight
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Lead design and plan production for site layouts, grading, erosion control, utilities, drainage, and stormwater management. • Perform routine engineering design calculations and prepare specifications and contract documents. • Lead land development permitting processes and make independent design decisions as needed. • Delegate tasks to project team members and supervise up to three design staff per project. • Sign and seal design plans, calculations, and specifications as Engineer of Record. • Serve as Project Manager on small to medium site civil projects when required. • Mentor and train design staff, fostering professional growth and project success.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng). • Bring at least 10 years of civil/site design experience, including project engineering and management. • Preferred: Master’s degree in civil engineering and prior project management experience; local candidates are favored.
