About the Role

The role focuses on managing the deployment lifecycle, including tracking personnel, verifying contract compliance, and maintaining ongoing communication with staff awaiting or rotating from assignments. It also involves coordinating with project teams to meet staffing levels, handling visa requests, generating reports, and overseeing travel logistics and SPOT activities for assigned contracts. • Track personnel scheduled for deployment and verify contract compliance documentation. • Maintain regular communication with pending and rotating personnel. • Manage expectations and prepare personnel for rapid mobilization. • Coordinate with project teams to ensure staffing levels meet contract needs. • Request visas for assigned personnel. • Create reports for projects as needed. • Execute SPOT activities for assigned contracts. • Coordinate flight and travel logistics with the travel department. • Communicate staffing needs and deployment status with directors and program managers. • Facilitate recruitment, staffing, logistics, and mobilization of deploying personnel. • Perform deployment activities for personnel worldwide in support of contracts. • Conduct program assessments and propose alternate solutions when needed.

What You Bring

Qualified candidates must have at least five years of administrative experience and demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills. They should excel in problem‑solving, provide superior customer service, and possess intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools while being able to work both collaboratively and independently under pressure. Preferred experience includes worldwide protective services, understanding contractual staffing requirements, overseas personnel deployment, and working on government contracts.
