About the Role

Client Director – This key leadership position focuses on developing, growing, and increasing market share with our platinum client. It is a highly visible and prestigious role responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure trust, alignment, and long‑term partnership. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure trust and alignment. • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and maintaining a strong client pipeline. • Lead bid processes and support project delivery teams to ensure technical and commercial robustness. • Oversee commercial performance, risk management, and quality outcomes for client projects. • Promote account leadership across all levels of Sound Transit and foster collaborative engagement. • Uphold Mott MacDonald’s ethical standards, manage conflicts of interest, and ensure compliance. • Increase visibility by engaging across the NW US market, fostering regional collaboration, and raising the firm’s reputation with the platinum client. • Develop talent by mentoring team members and building a pipeline of strategically minded professionals. • Represent Mott MacDonald at networking events, speak at industry forums, and contribute to professional gatherings.
