About the Role
The Administration Manager will enhance engagement and liaison with local authorities, supporting a range of office and secretarial services such as reception, mailroom, filing, and clerical assistance. • Direct daily facility operations, including building repairs, maintenance, and utility management (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). • Design and execute preventive‑maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime. • Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA and local environmental health and safety regulations, overseeing risk assessments and fire‑safety systems. • Negotiate, manage, and monitor contracts with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, security, landscaping and specialized repairs. • Develop and control capital and operational budgets (CapEx/OpEx) to achieve cost‑efficient facility management. • Oversee construction projects, renovations and equipment installations. • Lead, train and evaluate maintenance teams, technicians and custodial staff. • Serve as the primary contact for after‑hours facility emergencies such as power outages or security incidents. • Apply strong problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot issues quickly and prevent production stoppages.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates combine strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems with proven leadership abilities and at least five years of experience in facility management or engineering within a manufacturing environment. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management or a related discipline is preferred, and certifications such as CFM, FMP or LEED are advantageous. Fluent spoken and written English is required.
