About the Role
As a Leasing Professional you will manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing prospective residents to completing lease documentation and move‑in procedures. Direct interaction with prospective and current residents is key to our success. • Create applicant files, verify qualifications, and submit applications for approval • Lead prospects through vacant and model apartments, highlighting features and benefits • Process all applicant information within 24 hours • Schedule lease signings and complete lease agreements promptly • Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, and stakeholders • Walk tour paths and inspect vacant units to ensure readiness for showing • Track traffic, availability, and resident interactions daily to maintain high occupancy • Promote resident retention programs and maintain excellent resident relations • Support team goals and assist with property tasks as needed • Research surrounding community and competition to enhance marketing strategies • Assist in mailings, distribute flyers, and shop competitive properties to maintain an edge • Follow up with prospective residents at least five times • Respond promptly to phone calls and emails • Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and all company policies

We expect candidates to have prior customer‑service experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a sales focus. A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and up to three months of related experience or equivalent education are required. • Prior customer service experience; leasing or sales experience a plus • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties • One to three months of related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Strong sales focus with ability to provide exceptional customer service

Benefits
The position offers a base pay of $18–$22 per hour, plus $100 for each new lease signed, renewal commissions, and a quarterly Morgan Essentials bonus of $300. • Base pay $18–$22 per hour • $100 commission for each new lease • Property shared staff renewal commissions • $300 Morgan Essentials bonus each quarter
