About the Role
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B leaders to uphold high culinary standards. • Deliver exceptional service and communication to members, guests, and team members. • Greet guests promptly, anticipate needs, and respond with urgency. • Prepare craft cocktails and beverages according to recipes and company standards. • Recommend beverages and wine pairings based on guest preferences. • Process transactions accurately in POS, issue checks, and close sales timely. • Maintain bar and storage areas clean, stocked, and compliant with food safety standards.

What You Bring
• Know menu items, daily specials, and accommodate food allergies and special requests. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum one year bartending experience in a fast‑paced, high‑end setting. • Knowledge of HACCP and local food safety; obtain State Food Safety Certificate. • Demonstrate strong wine and beverage knowledge. • Exhibit extraordinary attention to detail and quality service. • Maintain positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills. • Work effectively in a team and stay calm under pressure. • Proficient in English; additional languages a plus. • Meet physical demands: stand, walk, lift up to 50+ lbs, work outdoors in all weather.
