About the Role

The role leads onsite LTP/LLP shipment exception mitigation, applying tactical solutions to resolve ad‑hoc issues and coordinating responses to major disruptions such as hurricanes or port strikes. It also drives continuous‑improvement projects, manages short‑term hyper‑care crisis activities, and serves as a project manager for transformational initiatives in the Control Tower. • Lead onsite LTP/LLP in shipment exception mitigation with built‑in process quality. • Apply tactical solutions to resolve ad‑hoc issues and adapt to dynamic customer/supplier requirements. • Coordinate response to major disruptions (e.g., hurricanes, port strikes) using sense‑analyze‑respond‑communicate‑learn framework. • Manage short‑term hyper‑care crisis efforts, including meetings, action plans, and monitoring until normal operations resume. • Develop relationships with transport service providers to communicate, resolve escalations, and drive process improvements. • Leverage historical exception data to lead continuous‑improvement projects that reduce delivery risk. • Act as project manager and subject‑matter expert for key transformational projects in the Control Tower. • Liaise with third‑party transportation support teams to deliver cost‑effective, efficient transport solutions. • Conduct root‑cause corrective‑action planning with cross‑functional teams for sustainable transport solutions.

What You Bring

Successful candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration or a related field, and have at least two years of supply chain or logistics management experience, preferably with both domestic and international shipments. They must demonstrate strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (Tableau experience a plus) and effective communication to build cross‑functional relationships at all leadership levels.
