About the Role

The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for supervising, coordinating, training, and developing one or more groups that are engaged in receipt, warehousing, order filling, packing, shipping, or processing of Schneider Electric products. They ensure work is completed according to internal procedures, good management practices, safety, and quality. This position covers the 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:30 PM to 12:30 PM. • Guide the team in safety, health, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Supervise, coordinate, and participate in receiving, storage, packing, and order fulfillment operations using logistics knowledge and inventory systems. • Drive team engagement through teamwork, well‑being, collaboration, and understanding. • Monitor and interpret logistics performance, cost, and quality to evaluate efficiency and drive continuous improvement. • Manage staffing, performance management (evaluations, coaching, disciplinary actions), task and project delegation, work planning, and head‑count, including approved time‑off policies.
