About the Role

The leader will set the operational strategy for hiring delivery, drive performance against demand, and ensure the recruitment model is efficient, data‑led and aligned with long‑term workforce plans. They will embed best‑in‑class processes, technology and governance while overseeing a global delivery team and external vendors. Continuous improvement, a high‑quality candidate and hiring‑manager experience, and a seamless onboarding journey are central to the role. • Lead employer branding initiatives for the Group. • Drive technology, operational and process improvement projects to position Rolls‑Royce as a talent acquisition leader. • Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and journey ownership. • Lead transformation improvements, including onboarding strategy linked to employer brand. • Evaluate and implement automation to future‑proof recruitment processes. • Collaborate with People Teams, business leaders and Global Business Services to deliver a world‑class candidate experience. • Develop innovative solutions to address current and future hiring challenges. • Partner with procurement to secure cost‑competitive, reliable supplier support. • Lead a global delivery team and vendor partners, embedding best‑in‑class processes, technology and governance.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is an experienced operational leader who has driven performance, managed budgets and supplier relationships in large‑scale talent acquisition. They must demonstrate the ability to translate strategy into execution, excel at stakeholder management at all levels, and thrive in matrix environments across multiple cultures. Strong people‑function knowledge, excellent communication skills and a passion for learning are essential. The position is graded at Management Level B, with salary dependent on skills and experience, and is open to candidates from any grade.
