About the Role
The HR Business Partner role designs people strategies that align with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor and change champion to boost employee engagement and deliver high-value HR solutions that reflect organisational priorities and culture. • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals. • Advise on complex employee relations, ensuring policy compliance and legal adherence. • Support talent acquisition, workforce and succession planning, and career development initiatives. • Coach managers on performance management, including objectives, appraisals and improvement plans. • Collaborate with the Reward team on the annual reward review and career framework alignment. • Lead organisational change initiatives with effective communication and employee engagement. • Identify learning needs and implement training programmes to enhance capability. • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and contribute to HR policy development. • Use HR data and analytics to provide insights that drive business performance. • Safety first: champion a safe, diverse, inclusive environment and employee wellbeing. • Create opportunity: foster continuous improvement and inspire people to develop.

What You Bring

The company's values shape how it consults and define the people it wants to join its journey. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (CIPD desirable). • Significant experience as a HR generalist, preferably as HR Business Partner or HR Manager. • Proven experience supporting organisational change and transformation projects. • In‑depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation. • Client focus: own quality deliverables, strategic outcomes and long‑term client relationships.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract hybrid role based in London, with occasional travel to other sites as required.
