Journeyman Linemen will perform all duties of the Lineman classification, including work on overhead and underground electric distribution and transmission systems. What You Bring
• Hold a Journeyman Lineman Certificate and pass Xcel Energy’s skills assessment. • Possess a state‑issued Journeyman certificate and a valid Commercial Class A driver’s license. • Physically capable of performing all aspects of electric overhead and underground distribution, construction, operations, and maintenance. • Demonstrated good communication and teamwork skills. • Qualified as a 5th Step Apprentice Lineman or higher. • Live within 20 miles of the Minot Service Center. • Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing.

Benefits
The base rate of pay for this position is $60.31 per hour (2025 rate) according to the Exhibit A wage scale. The posting will be active for ten working days, from January 15, 2026 to January 28, 2026.
