About the Role
The Associate, Hydraulic Modernization Sales is responsible for driving sales growth by creating and managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering solution‑based modernization projects. The role focuses on both territory sales and margin expansion while acting as a technical sales consultant. Typical activities include prospecting new accounts, building and maintaining relationships, and collaborating with the branch business‑development team to identify proactive modernization opportunities. The associate communicates market dynamics internally, resolves customer concerns, and uses Otis sales tools to track opportunities, manage the CRM pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts. • Prospect and build new customer relationships in assigned territory. • Achieve or exceed sales and margin targets for hydraulic modernization projects. • Serve as technical sales consultant, providing solution‑based recommendations. • Collaborate with branch business‑development team to identify proactive modernization opportunities. • Communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics to internal stakeholders. • Track opportunities, manage CRM pipeline, and deliver accurate sales forecasts. • Maintain a customer‑centric mindset focused on high satisfaction. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. • Participate in intensive training on technology, processes, and soft skills.

What You Bring
