About the Role

In the Retail rotation, associates work on‑site in store environments, delivering presentations to key decision makers, training store staff, and conducting daily job‑site visits to drive end‑user engagement and meet top‑line sales targets. The Commercial & Industrial rotation focuses on engaging professional end users, including trade associations, engineers, and purchasing teams, while learning the full purchasing process and coordinating efforts with local market teams, product managers, distributors, and service centers. During the Sales Support rotation, participants provide operational and analytical assistance to the Tools & Outdoor sales teams, tracking price blocks, product quality issues, promotions, and merchandising fulfillment, and leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Showpad, and Power BI to optimize sales performance. • Rotate through Retail, Commercial & Industrial, and Sales Support roles to gain end‑to‑end sales experience. • Conduct in‑store presentations, train associates, and perform job‑site visits to drive end‑user sales. • Build relationships with professional end users, trade groups, and purchasing teams to expand market reach. • Provide analytical support using Salesforce, Power BI, and other tools to track promotions, pricing, and inventory. • Develop and execute merchandising, POP, and training materials across channels. • Analyze data to create strategic growth plans and improve financial performance.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, psychology, business, or a related field, have less than two years of professional experience, and demonstrate leadership values, critical thinking, learning agility, and accountability. Applicants must be willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S. for the three rotations, travel for occasional weekend work (8‑10 days per year), possess a valid driver’s license, pass background checks, and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, problem‑solving, and learning agility. • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing. • Relocate nationwide for three rotations, travel 8–10 weekends per year, and lift up to 50 lb.
