About the Role

The role is responsible for developing and executing the corporate recruiting strategy, planning, implementing, and monitoring recruiting team direction and hiring activities to meet the organization’s business needs. The position will oversee the recruitment function to align talent acquisition with business objectives. You will provide strategic leadership to the recruitment team, work with managers to identify new‑hire requirements, and establish hiring standards and practices. You will develop and implement new interviewing, sourcing, and hiring techniques, determine effective recruiting sources such as job fairs, college recruiting, and online ads, and design recruiting programs. You will oversee local and national hiring, launch new initiatives, assign special projects, and select, develop, and motivate staff while providing coaching and counseling. • Develop and execute corporate recruiting strategy. • Lead and coach the recruitment team, setting hiring standards. • Partner with managers to define hiring needs and create job requisitions. • Design and implement innovative interviewing, sourcing, and hiring techniques. • Manage recruiting programs, job fairs, college recruiting, online ads, and media outreach. • Oversee local and national hiring processes and assign special projects. • Mentor, develop, and motivate staff; provide coaching and counseling.

What You Bring

The role requires analytical problem‑solving and decision‑making based on professional methods and business principles, managing a team of professional contributors and indirectly supervising support staff. The work environment is a comfortable indoor setting with mostly sedentary duties, occasional light lifting, and less than 10% overnight travel. Candidates typically need a BS/BA in a related field, 7+ years of relevant experience, and may need certification; an advanced degree can offset less experience. Preferred qualifications include executive‑level recruiting experience, a history of managing high‑performing corporate recruiting teams, strong collaboration with functional leaders and HR partners, proven development and implementation of corporate recruiting strategies, and experience using Workday Recruiting. The ideal candidate will be located in the Atlanta metropolitan area. • Require BS/BA (or advanced degree) and 7+ years of related experience. • Preferred: executive-level recruiting experience and proven track record managing high‑performing teams. • Strong collaboration with functional leaders and HR partners; experience with Workday Recruiting. • Must be located in the Atlanta metropolitan area; occasional travel <10%.
