About the Role

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Scheduler, where you will orchestrate production processes and ensure seamless delivery of customer projects. You will oversee the plant's Master Production Schedule, coordinate material flow, plan and prioritize resources, monitor line performance, and drive continuous improvement across the facility. • Develop and manage the plant's Master Production Schedule, optimizing capacity and supplier forecasts. • Coordinate material flow from suppliers to assembly and finished goods to customers. • Execute production scheduling for ETO plant activities while maintaining key supply parameters. • Plan and prioritize resources to meet customer project requirements. • Monitor and adjust schedules to address backlogs, design changes, and resource constraints. • Compile the monthly SIOP report by liaising with multiple teams and present it to the MD. • Create, manage, and own the production plan for factory lines. • Ensure a healthy production start process and adhere to product lifecycle milestones. • Manage customer expectations and production capabilities. • Monitor line performance and communicate issues to management. • Coordinate line issues related to shortages, priorities, escalations, and improvements. • Collaborate with other business areas to achieve on‑time delivery and high service levels. • Use MRP to link upstream and downstream flows. • Drive process improvements and recommend changes.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or business, and brings at least three years of experience in supplier management and manufacturing planning, with proficiency in ERP tools such as SAP. • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or business. • Minimum 3 years experience in supplier management and problem solving. • Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing planning with replenishment strategies and material resource planning. • Proficiency in computer/PLC systems; SAP and CMMS experience desired. • Strong team‑working, problem‑solving, communication skills and enthusiasm.
