About the Role

The Dispatch/Materials Coordinator will be responsible for accurately weighing and recording aggregates, maintaining customer job files and shipping records, and scheduling personnel, equipment, and service vehicles to meet customer specifications. The position works a Monday‑Friday shift from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM with rotating Saturdays from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The work takes place in an office setting within a plant or quarry, involving interaction with drivers, plant personnel, and customers in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Physical duties include prolonged computer use, occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lb, as well as exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions. • Accurately weigh and record materials using specialized scales. • Create and maintain customer job files, shipping records, and signed delivery tickets. • Schedule and dispatch personnel, equipment, and service vehicles according to customer specifications. • Distribute loading instructions to drivers and enforce safety regulations and company policies. • Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams to ensure a safe, productive work environment.

What You Bring

• Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficient with dispatch and inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of relevant experience. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexible attendance; bilingual ability is a plus.
