About the Role

The Senior Recruiter role at KBR is responsible for supporting multiple disciplines by sourcing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding talent, managing open requisitions, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate interview day. • Source talent and build proactive pipelines via CRM platforms, direct outreach, employee referrals, and job fairs. • Deliver an engaging candidate experience by understanding motivators and effectively evaluating talent. • Develop and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and identify opportunities to strengthen sourcing and selection strategies. • Solve complex recruitment problems using detailed industry knowledge and best practices. • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members. • Manage requisitions end-to-end, ensuring real‑time system accuracy and reviewing offer letters and employment agreements. • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and applicant data. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and build strong stakeholder relationships. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday Recruiting and provide system support. • Create reports and analyze hiring trends to support workforce planning. • Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize recruitment operations.

What You Bring

The position emphasizes high customer service orientation, attention to detail, and strong communication, acting as a key partner to meet ongoing hiring needs and delivering a great candidate experience across various business units. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of vendor management and current industry trends. • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent (Masters preferred). • 8‑15 years recruiting experience, ideally supporting an in‑house team. • Expert‑level proficiency with Workday ATS and related administrative tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Advanced user of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ability to build high‑quality relationships across all business levels. • Skill in managing and prioritizing a high volume of requests in a fast‑paced environment.
