About the Role
• Support renewable energy clients with environmental approvals and impact assessments. • Lead delivery of environmental assessments and manage approvals for capital project delivery. • Collaborate with national and global teams to expand ERM’s Capital Project Delivery service. • Drive technical innovation to anticipate client needs and differentiate ERM in the market. • Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, client satisfaction and contractual requirements. • Build and sustain relationships with major clients, leveraging existing networks for new business.

What You Bring
The position combines consulting, technical, delivery and client‑facing skills to expand ERM’s network of client relationships and deliver tangible value through high‑quality technical services for capital projects. • Possess 10+ years of environmental planning and approvals experience, including wind, solar or BESS projects. • Demonstrated experience with Western Australian State and Federal approval processes. • Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and technical competence in due diligence and post‑approval management. • Authorized to work in Australia.
