About the Role
The role manages projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring they meet cost, quality, schedule, and objective parameters, and provides leadership for the project team and the project‑management process. It typically involves integration across multiple functional organizations. • Manage scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget according to the Constellation Management Model. • Utilize project controls and deliver required monthly status reports. • Direct and integrate all project team resources. • Administer contracts, ensure proper closeout, and capture lessons learned. • Obtain stakeholder review and buy‑in for all intermediate and final deliverables. • Communicate project updates to NGG and site or corporate management. • Develop, evaluate, and recommend contracted services and materials. • Coach and mentor program managers and cross‑functional support personnel.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with eight years of related experience, or an associate’s degree with ten years, or a high‑school diploma/GED with twelve years of experience. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required within 18 months of hire, and applicants must meet access and medical requirements. A master’s degree in business, engineering, science, or a related field is preferred, along with supervisory experience, plant operation or maintenance background, knowledge of contract management or Asset Suite 9, and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations with little direction.
