About the Role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our corporate payables while also helping modernize processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous improvement across the AP function. • Execute and review corporate accounts payable transactions with speed, accuracy, and ownership. • Identify process inefficiencies and partner with leadership to implement improvements. • Reconcile AP aging reports, resolve payment variances, and support month‑end close activities. • Respond to inquiries from branch controllers and cross‑functional teams with a problem‑solving mindset. • Manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Lead special projects, automation efforts, and tool enhancements to drive operational excellence. • Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external business partners, delivering top‑tier customer service.

What You Bring

Education: high school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Experience: at least 2 years in accounts payable or corporate accounting, with multi‑entity experience a plus. Technical skills: solid understanding of US GAAP, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and strong data‑entry abilities; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and VicAI is strongly preferred. You’re not just processing invoices—you’re thinking ahead, spotting trends, and driving improvements. You thrive in fast‑moving environments, possess strong analytical skills and an eye for detail, and have the confidence to challenge the status quo.
