About the Role
The LV Switchgear / Busway Specification Sales Engineer promotes and sells LV switchgear and busway systems within commercial and infrastructure segments, working through authorized panel builders and busway partners. The role blends technical expertise with sales and relationship management to support panel builders, contractors, consultants, and end users. • Promote and sell LV switchgear and busway systems in commercial & infrastructure segments. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and business growth. • Identify and engage consultants, contractors, end users, and panel builders to generate leads and build long‑term partnerships. • Conduct product presentations and trainings for customers and panel builders. • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop customized, optimized LV switchgear proposals to win projects. • Track project pipeline from tender to execution and ensure timely follow‑up for order conversion. • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post‑sales technical support and satisfaction. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to enhance business positioning.

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering and 3–5 years of experience in LV switchgear and busway sales are required. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of LV switchgear and busway systems, excellent communication, negotiation and presales skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships and solve problems. Market intelligence awareness is also valued. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. • 3–5 years of experience in LV switchgear and busway sales. • Strong understanding of LV switchgear and busway systems. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presales skills. • Strong customer relationship management and problem‑solving abilities.
